TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

By hiring with KS Rentals you’re automatically agreeing to our terms & conditions.

 

 PAYMENT

  • Cash and bank transfer accepted
  • No holds without FULL payment
  • All outfits must be paid for before pick up

DAMAGES

  • Do not attempt to wash, fix or alter any item under any circumstance
  • If an item is returned damaged you will be required to cover the repair cost
  • If an item is damaged beyond repair you are required to pay for a replacement of the item

PICK UP/RETURNS

  • Payment must be made before pick up
  • Items must be returned on your given return day after your event by 4PM
  • Failure to return the item by deadline will incur a late fee for each day that it is late ($50 late fee per day for 1 day hires, $20 late fee per day for 3 or 5 day hires)
  • Any item that hasn’t been returned by 3 days after deadline is considered a non-return where the full RRP of item is to be paid
  • Once the item is picked up you are now under duty of care, if you drop back your hire and leave it in an unsafe place and it gets stolen or damaged you’ll have to pay RRP to replace the items. It is your responsibility that it is dropped back safely and in good condition
  • The safest place to leave drop offs is in the parcel box (check ‘returns’ highlight) or by handing it in at the front door
  • Please message us when you have dropped off

CANCELLATIONS

  • We strictly do not offer refunds or store credits
  • It is your responsibility to make sure your item fits/ happy with the condition of item before hiring and to make sure your event is 100% going ahead
  • We do not offer refunds or store credits simply because you are taking the opportunity someone else to hire the outfit
  • if you receive your item damaged to where it’s unwearable and cannot be worn it needs to be reported and returned within 12 hours of being picked up for a full refund
